Using KickGuess
By using this site you accept these terms. KickGuess is a free, independent fan project offered for entertainment. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who can take part
Anyone can play. To choose a public nickname you must be 16 or older. Google sign-in is optional, and you are responsible for keeping your recovery code private.
Fair play
Please don't cheat, script the games, attack or overload the site, try to reach other people's data, or pretend to be someone else. We may remove scores, hide nicknames or block use of the site where this happens.
Nicknames and league names
Keep what you write friendly and lawful: no insults, hate, impersonation or other people's rights. We may hide or remove names at any time, and other players can report them.
Scores and rewards
Levels, trophies, badges and tables are for fun. They have no money value and can't be exchanged. There are no prizes, and no betting or stakes of any kind. Match predictions are a free game, not betting advice.
Accuracy and availability
Football information can contain mistakes or be out of date. We try to keep the site running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features.
Our responsibility
The site is provided free of charge and as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, including lost progress. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited, including consumer rights.
Content and rights
The site's own design, drawings, text and code belong to KickGuess. Names and marks of clubs, leagues and players belong to their owners; see our legal notice. If you believe something infringes your rights, write to hello@kickguess.app.
Ending and changes
You can stop at any time and delete your account on your profile page. If we change these terms, we update this page and its date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Egypt. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of your own country, including your right to go to its courts.
